I ordered hinges and some lumber. The box was broken when it was delivered. some of the lumber was broken, and not all of it was there. Only one of the five sets of hinges were still in the box. I have not been able to get through to customer service anywhere. I would not buy from Lowes again.
The customer service that I received was horrible. I left and went to the Torrance location and had a better experience.

Husband a vet so he has his own park space n was offer a discount for his service unfortunately the line was long he didn’t want to wait for the application process
We did our for help in plumbing they made numerous announcements to have someone help talk to numerous people they were supposed to call someone for help no one did till I started yelling and screaming in the aisle to get help unreal and normally it’s only that location I have issues at they never have enough help for anybody
This is not my job but I love the place... lol
I have literally been on hold for 14 minutes just trying to get the operator. This was my second call after holding 10 mins trying to get someone in gardening. Now I’ve called back for the third time to appliances, surprise surprise no answer! We try to support our own communities, but get terrible customer service. How are you going to compete with Home Depot when you don’t even answer your phones?
Wasn’t able to get help loading my purchase so the lovely woman who helped me with my online order who should have been off after working a full shift helped me, but then I needed more help and NO MAN asked me if I needed help, several passed by. Two women asked me, the first I turned down as I thought I had it, but the second woman I took up on her offer.
