Huge with a helpfu staff. This location is very organized and there are all sorts of home improvement projects one could jump into. They offer workshops, and magazines with all sorts of ideas. There is plenty of parking and the staff is amazing. Everyone knows whatever it is you are looking for, and if they don't, they will rush to find someone that can give you more detail if there is something additional that a particular employee can't seem to help you with (maybe a different department). Pitiful I agree with AR with one exception. I don't think the people at this store care about the customers. Lowe's is a job not a career and the employees act like it. I'd tell my pitiful story but anybody who shops there and is reading this knows exactly what I'm talking about.
Pay at the Garden I love this Lowe's. Parking is always available. The store is generally well stocked. The staff that roam the aisles are always friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, with the exception of the two girls who work in the garden area register (check-out) the in-store cashiers make zero eye contact and not friendly and give me the impression that I am ruining their day. I live close by and generally walk in and out through garden! Opt for garden checkout. Otherwise, this is a good store.
Great store, not enough customer service This Lowe's store has a great selection of well priced home improvement merchandise. They have everything you would want in a big hardware store, except enough people to help you. I waited over 20 minutes in the power tool department for help, and there was no other customer and no one working the department. This is one of the worst Lowes I have been in This is one of the worst Lowes I have been in you can never find anyone to help you find stuff and it is hard to walk in here because it is always so crowded. The employees are no help at all when asking questions they just point you to someone else who points you to someone else and eventually you will just give up on getting an answer.
Neveah in gardening called repeatedly for carry our help for another customer and I and nobody ever came. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this☹️☹️
I ordered hinges and some lumber. The box was broken when it was delivered. some of the lumber was broken, and not all of it was there. Only one of the five sets of hinges were still in the box. I have not been able to get through to customer service anywhere. I would not buy from Lowes again.
The customer service that I received was horrible. I left and went to the Torrance location and had a better experience.
Kenneth in the plant department was very helpful and knowledgeable about soils and germination. His hair reminded me of Kenny G so his name is easy to remember.
