Your Hawthorne is irresponsible and has no customer service. I purchased tile on Saturday and it was suppose to be ready the same day. Sat- Not ready, Tuesday-not ready, finally after being on hold and transferred over 12x.. My order is short by 32 pieces I am tiling my floor so being short 32 pieces is 65sqft .. thats the bathroom floor. What I am to do.. My project is ruined. I waited on hold for the manager who never returned to the phone. I plan not to return to Lowe's.

Good luck calling. Outdoor garden NEVER answers the phone and customer service only answers or follows up while you are waiting on the line about half the time.
