I purchased a vanity online and was directed to pick it up at this Lowes. I received an email saying it's ready for pickup. I show up and am told they need to bring it out still. Over an hour of waiting, I'm told I'll need to go buy it at a different store. I say I already paid for it and was directed to pick it up here. Poor customer service not just once multiple times. Don't shop there. GO to OSH friendly staff and great customer service.
Went to get tiles cut for a project. I have specific measurements I need. I picked a tile that I like, & ask for help. I needed two 12x12 pieces cut. The guy in the flooring department tells me that cutting an inch off the 13x13 tiles will be hard & that I should pick another tile. A tile that I don't want & isn't the right color. Just to make his job easier. He then leaves to "get a pen" while I "decided". Ten minutes later & he still isn't back. I didn't see him anywhere in the department. They never seem to have enough staff at anytime or anyplace. The one spot where you would think Management would be aware of is the check out counters. Yesterday at around 4pm, only one cashier and a long line in que, waiting to cash out. Perhaps, if this were the only time I would not complain, but this kind of thing happens a lot. Home improvement store geared toward residential consumers instead of construction workers.
The Customer Service is so bad trying to get paint waiting & Waiting there call someone to help no body shows up but my daughter wanted to come here . I shop at Home Depot
absolutely the worst!!!! can't measure a room correctly... lost my order and installation of new tile delayed. they don't communicate and the store is run by incompetent people. stay away!!
