Just bought paint and stain kenny did a wonderful job at helping me. However the poeple at customer service were rude when telling them about the rebate. They clearly never learned the customer is always right. Anyways Kenny was wonderful. I have never had such wonderful help.
Over 40 minutes to get paint mixed?! (Maybe have your employees help people on a first come first serve basis, rather than let rude customers 'pop in for a "quick" question' and then take over your time! I have 2 other Lowe's that I will be using (Franklin and Mooresville), but will NOT be returning to this location!
Worst customer service there is. Don't care about the customer one bit
Great help from a gentleman in buying pvc. Another kind man professionally assisted with the purchase, despite the rudeness of his female associate.
