I don't normally vent my frustrations on Facebook like this but here we go..... Customer service is going down the drain. If there will be a delay it shouldn't be up to the customer to stay on top of things. It should be the responsibility of the company when errors are made that causes delays and they need to update and notify customers. 25 people in line before they open more registers Then they open 6, after everyone was already aggravated.
Ordered a replacement window on October 26,2017. Was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Window arrives and is schedule for installation. Extreme Weather delays installation for 3 weeks, obviously not their fault. Installer arrives and says store ordered wrong size needs to be reordered. Store Rep says he will reorder. 5 weeks later we try to contact store rep for an update. no response! We then contact store Assistant Manager who finds window was never reordered!! Remodeling our kitchen & replacing our appliances. Found a microwave at Lowe’s online, regularly $419, on sale (closeout) for $104.75! I ordered it & received a confirmation. Got home from vacation, checked my order & it said “Order Status: Unknown”. They offer customer service via text so I texted & they couldn’t help me. So I called them.
