Bought and paid for a French door and paid for install. Done this at the beginning of October 2017. Coming up on the 1st of December and nothing. Installer called back at the beginning of November said it maybe late December I replied that we was wanting it before Thanksgiving. They replied that they would send job back to Lowe's. Your bathrooms are beyond disgusting!!! How do the employees even want use it????
We first looked at replacement countertops at Lowes, 8850 South Madison Avenue the week of the 4th of July. We were told that once the process started it would be about 6 weeks to get materials in an cut and installed. Ok. Not quick but ok. So we started the process mid-August. It was just over a week later that we got a call from the installer to come do the measurements. Could Lowe's installation department be any slower? Waiting about a week for a call from them to even schedule. I will give them 2 more business days and if no call, then no Lowe's purchase. I will cancel and take my business elsewhere. Lowe's get your act together in customer service! You are not the only place to shop!
Bought refrigerator on 6/30/17. Even though it was in stock, could not be delivered until 7/8/17. That's fine, whatever. Delivery truck arrives 7/8/17 and as it was being unloaded, workers noticed it was damaged to the point of being destroyed, could not accept. Rather than Lowe's automatically setting me up to get a replacement, I was the one who had to go to the store and arrange for a new appliance.
