Very poor customer service. Went in knowing exactly what I was going to special order -- Took over an hour.
I normally shop at the Franklin Lowe's but decided to stop here as I was in the area. I now know why I shop at the Franklin store. The associates who work at the Greenwood store are not only unfriendly but not helpful. In Franklin, they will bend over backwards to help you. Here.. they say "I don't know and send you all thru the store on a wild goose chase looking for what they thought you might need. Will definitely go back to the Franklin store from now in. Perhaps the Greenwood store could send their associates down there... read more
