Spent a whole lotta money for the new house, But the customer service was off the charts....could not have asked for better!
If lowes knew better they would do better no one is ever in there departments and they would only have 1 lane open on the front end. Management refuse to get on the register they would stand and look or sit in the office. Have cashier flirting with men and all in people husbands face calling them babes.
So disappointed in Lowes customer service. Lost a $1000 sale due to inability to actually page a manager for me to ask a question. Would still be willing to give Lowes my business if they contact me about what they can do to improve their customer relations, but today was a big let down.
No problem with the store itself or the service, but who was the WIZARD of customer service who packed all the parking spaces near the contractor entrance with those useless trailers that no one ever buys? MOVE THEM AWAY FROM THE BUILDING!
