I know y’all are missing a manager right now but come on. There has to be someone in Lowe’s that realizes the store is a complete mess and nobody wants to go there. Please get some good leadership in there ASAP. Many of my contractor friends are going to Ace or any number of 5 hardware store in town. Somebody take some pride in the store.
I had the worst experience yesterday trying to buy a grill all because of one person... Charlie. His one job was grills!! If it hadn't been for two managers, Ashley and Derek my husband's Christmas would have went down the drain. Not only was I told by Charlie that the grill didn't have grates and if I wanted any I would have to get a manager. Horrible customer service experience!! Items misplaced and not in order of the price item.
No stars Ordered and paid for a screen door to be delivered September 5, never came then found out it had never been ordered, never calls back after several calls from us we find out the door we ordered couldn’t be ordered so we ordered another less expensive one- since we had paid for it they said we could only have the difference on Lowe’s gift card- we went to pick that up and no one knows what we are talking about- SO INCOMPETE
Product knowledge is lacking in this store and I don't advise using them for reno projects on your home. The guys they sent to redo our bathroom were unprofessional with limited experience and they left things undone. We had to pay for the job in full before they started the work. What a mistake!
My husband had a web order placed several hours before I picked it up. half was missing, and some of the other things were wrong. I have currently been here 33 minutes, and am still waiting. I could have picked out my own stuff by now and been half way home. what exactly is the point of in-store pick up if the staff cant pull the proper orders in a timely fashion.
I just had a great customer service experience. The appliance specialist in the delivery guys went above and beyond. So many people are so quick and so happy to say when they are dissatisfied I think it’s important for everyone to know that today and this week for my me and my business they hit it out of the park!
Today was the last time I will try to get a install from Lowes slow service, employees no nothing about installs, and tables in department are dirty and nasty.
The people at this store just do not care at all. The managers have no control of the employees. Trash in the isles, dirty restrooms, inventory not stocked on shelves, product not in locations as shown on app. Product that the app says is in stock with case quantity’s but not found. Only later do I find it up on the top of the shelving... employees to lazy to restock and leave it up top ..... this place is a joke and if Home Depot comes to town it will force this store to get their act together.
