If I could give this place a negative score, I would. A simple order for a washer and dryer was mishandled in the store, and I ended up having to go back in the store, and start the process all over. I was promised next day delivery, today, and after not receiving updates, I called. After being transferred to four different people, I was told it’d be 5-10 business days. Don’t even waste your time or money ordering.
Customer service associates in flooring was not helpful at all. Didn't want to assist or care about the flooring we needed for a small 900 square foot house. Said they had no additonal supplies in the back. Needless to say, we're now going to Florence for what we need.
Wasted 40 minutes in 90+ degrees waiting for someone to load my purchase. Called three times asking for help. Finally got a refund and left. Will be shopping somewhere else now. Used to love Lowe's but no more!
Great experience at my Lowe’s Sumter SC. The moment I walked over to vanity area I was greeted by Steve Singleton. He helped me find just what I needed his knowledge of the product was incredible. Awesome teamwork is a plus. Along comes Chad Snavely with a big smile and proceeds to assist Mr. Singleton with my extremely heavy purchases. Loaded onto my truck. Thanks guys had been putting it off for weeks. You both are a blessing to Lowe’s. Keep up the good work.
one of worse stores I've ever dealt with.. no customer service and no one seems to have information about products that have been ordered for deliver to my house to deliveries to the store cant wait for a home depo to build in sumter..if the product isn't I the store I dont recommend ordering it threw lowes at all ..
Customer service sucks, I go to Lowe’s just about every day and manager after manager it just never gets any better. They are trying to run the store with the smallest staff possible. 1 person in lumber and that person can’t move a forklift without a spotter. We waited just about an hour to find someone to be a spotter. There is a reason that Lowe’s is known as Slowes!
