I purchased a very nice appliance package. It would be a bonus if they worked. Another big bonus if they would not have put floor samples on the delivery truck. I could go on and on....Save time and frustration and go somewhere else.
VERY DISAPPOINTED with (Tillmans Corner Alabama) Lowe's refusal to honor their Veterans discount policy. Today's manager said the Alabama Driver's License Veterans status was not a valid proof of my Veterans status. Previous managers accepted my Alabama State License in the past. Lowe's needs to re-educate their managers or refuse all Veterans the discount!
They helped me a lot and gave me good deals on Christmas stuff we couldn't find a price on something I told her I'd call her back later when she got a price she looked for me in the parking lot and told me the deer was $7.00 so I paid for it and left ...
Management doesn't communicate wth each other at all and just makes things up to make sure you stop complaining. Mr. Brown the shipping manager lied directly to my face and just kept playing the "I am just the middle man card". They also knew when I ordered my $2500 appliances that they did not have my dishwasher in and would not have it in by my scheduled delivery date. Did they notify me early? Nope. All Lowes. You were taught math and accounting skills in a back woods school. Watch your statements. Late fees applied the day after your payment is made and it's made by the date due. Then some CS rep well you need to pay the late fee then it will be removed. Huh. It should be there in the first place. Must have learned common core .
Horrible customer service! Waited over 20 minutes just to get a rep in appliance to answer the call button to only tell us he couldn't help us!� more walked than I could count on both hands�Ugh!!!!! Then they mispriced their Mums and made us feel like we did something wrong when they were rude to us at the check out�
