Poor customer service. Workers stand around and don't offer to help load items such as plywood, pipes, cement, etc.

Lowe’s in Tillmans Corner has the best employees! Brain helped us with a washing machine. Had a smile on his face even with all my mothers questions. Amy up front got my mother a wheelchair when we came in. It was pouring rain. She was upbeat & great attitude. Will go back because of them!
Got everything we needed The workers were very helpful
Kudos to a young female employee with short brown hair in the curtains department this morning about 8:30 who was extremely helpful and friendly. Also, a woman in the power tools department who said she had worked for Lowes for 14 years and was also fabulous and helped me determine the tools I need for a job and the best priced items to fit my budget. From now on I will drive the extra distance to go to this store.
About as helpful with flooring as a watching paint to dry!! Week and a half still no help!!
Me and my fiancé had to get 10 rolls of straw and 25 bags of mulch today 6-5-2017 at 8:20. I didn't feel well so I didn't get out of the truck to help load. But we had the most help we have ever had at Lowes. Im sorry we didn't get your name for this review but thank you to the younger black gentlemen that helped us out! You don't see many younger workers out here actually helping and doing their jobs. Keep grindin!
