I am a regular here. I was forced to use the self checkout tonight. I have to check myself out I want the employee discount
Had what I needed. Assisted with questions. Loaded heavy materials into truck for me. I wish I had gotten young lady’s name that helped check me out at self checkout at 7 pm tonight. I found succulents and cactus marked 20% off but they were ringing up at full price. She patiently rang up every pot and made sure the 20% was subtracted.
They regularly return items that come back with a store receipt to an In-store credit instead of original tender. Which effectively steals your money or at the very least forces you to use said money only at their store as it “can not be refunded to a credit card” after it has been issued as a store credit...including any return of items you may have made as an exchange from the original return. Helpful place. Needed some things for my home Rejuvenation. Found everything i was looking for.
Ordered a double oven from Lowe’s Took 2 months but was told 2 weeks. Canceled that order and ordered it from Home Depot and got it in a week. Lowe’s called 2 months later when it came in and I told them I had canceled it and already using one from Home Depot.
Don't lie to your customers , Yesterday I purchased some post material not enough in stock so the clerk told us to come back in the morning and we could order more at same price, , Well we went back and low and behold they don't sell the item anymore and i can go and get it from another store for 3 times as much , Asked to talk with the manager who would only talk on phone with another store employee , Asked to talk with the clerk who told us this and they didn't know who she was even though her name was on receipt.
