I wish I could do less than 1 star for this Lowes location. Purchased a washing machine today, got it home and hooked up and it doesn't work. Ok...it happens sometimes. However, when I attempted to call the store and ask for help. I was re-directed back to the main menu 16 times. I got thru to the operator only to be directed to the manager to be cut off. I had a irritating experience buying an appliance from this store. I experienced long wait for verification of item being in stock. Then another wait to get it to front of store. After payment was made and truck at front door for loading, I was told I would have to wait some more for someone to sign off on my receipt before exiting door for loading..... So after I paid for item, had receipt for item in hand, still told I had to wait on managers signature. BULLSHIT!
I work 5yrs for lowes and was fired from my job because i was out because of work relative , had to have my shoulder operated on they had a sorry manager pat huff. They didn't take care of their of their employees just saying
