I asked an associate with help finding a part for my quick connect air compressor. She stayed on her ladder and said it’s on aisle 73, when in fact the pet was on aisle 71. This has happened on several occasions. This is starting to be the norm within your store. I have been purchasing items at another store due to this fact. My favorite place to shop for garden supplies!
I ordered a microwave and a tub from them. Was never notified of their arrival. They were supposed to be delivered. That never happed. Finally I call and they have my items but failed to notify me. I tell them I’ll just pick them up. Well now they can’t find the microwave!!!! Stay away from this place.
Been a lowes customer for years, worst customer service I've ever seen headed to Home Depot for the 1st time in years. Bet the customer service is better, certainly can't be any worse.
