Ordered a grill day after Thanksgiving, supposed to be delivered Tuesday after Thanksgiving. No show. Called 3 separate times, couldn't find it, didn't call me back, disconnected me. Went in today, 2 weeks later, more excuses. Wanted to deliver December 17, first available day now!! After saying no, they suddenly found room on a truck for delivery this Sunday! Wow, I'm glad I don't run my business this way!! Ridiculous!!!

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. We have had the worst experience with trying to have floors installed. Way too much to go into detail about. We were scheduled for install on December 1st, ran into a few issues and due to horrible communication between Lowe's and the people contracted to do our floors, the install people were sent to another job and now we can't be fit back in until December the 11-13 (which we can't do because of conflicts with work) so now were scheduled for December 15-17 and our house is loaded i... read more

I had a very good experience with Mr. Bennie in the appliance department. The Black Friday crowd made the wait longer than I appreciated. He was very pleasant and went out of his way to help me find a deal that worked for me.

RUDE! RUDE RUDE! We couldn't find ANYONE to help us, there were 6 of us in one department looking for help. I went to the " customer Service " desk and HA! She was a witch, and rolled her eyes at me, ask " what do you need " I told her " Help" , she then rolled her eyes at me and picked up the phone. Never another word from her even asking for what department.

I was just in this location and was told I needed to show my driver's license to write a check. This one time I happen to not have it with me I told the cashier I could give her my number and DL number (since I have written four other business checks to them in the last two weeks and not been asked for ID). My phone number is on file. She said she couldn't do it. I asked for a manager to see if they would approve. Sooner or later y'all are going to realize you need some employees that give a damn. You missed out on another several hundred $ sale due to no help. I miss mom and pop hardware stores.

Customer Service at the garden department...specifically at 5:00 PM yesterday..was horrible!!! The young lady has a bad attitude and treats customers and her fellow employees terribly. Thankfully I have learned to consider the source and walk away from trashy mouthed, uneducated individuals. I tried to follow up with a manager but of course he/she was unavailable. This location has horrible customer service! I've been here for over an hour trying to get assistance! Currently waiting for my husband to come help me since everyone here is refusing to!
