Very understaffed on Sunday, and little sense of urgency from the management.
Very unhappy. We bought a toy train for my son; just attempted to return today (1/3/17). Would have been happy with store credit. NO SIR, you get nothing; Christmas item - had to be returned by 12/31. Hmmm - funny, never recall the Cashier sharing that information with me. I look forward to your response. $50 today will cost this Lowe's store $3K to $5K over the next 10 years. Solid move. Policies are not good; solid customer service principles are preferred.
Cannot say enough good things about Mike in the plumbing dept.!!! So helpful. So patient. And somehow managed to offer assistance to several other customers while helping us. Awesome service!!!
Really crappy customer service. I went in today with the intent of spending almost $1,000 on a dishwasher, and couldn't get either of the two employees that were there - in appliances - to give me a second look. Then when I broke into their conversation to try to get some help, got acknowledged but nobody stopped what they were doing to help me. See ya.
