Have been loyal to Lowe's for years. Spent many thousands of dollars at Lowe's. That has stopped since we moved to Franklin, Tenn. Customer service is non existent. Save yourself the headache, go to Home Depot on S. Royal Oaks. Difference is amazing.
Met a cashier named Slay today. He worked with such enthusiasm and great attitude. He took tremendous joy in his job and is a valuable asset to your team. Please give him my best.
Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend Lowe’s. I ordered a sliding door Jan. 2019. It came in damaged. Lowe’s advised it is a manufacturer issue, not theirs. I have contacted the manufacturer numerous times, but still not fixed. Manufacturer has cancelled the appointment to fix at least 10 times. Cancelled again today & said it would August 20th. I have contacted Lowe’s corporate requesting help, but they refuse to help. Extremely disappointed!! Over 6 months & I still have a damaged door!
Come see me in seasonal .. tons of outside furniture is arriving daily.

The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I have never encountered more dismissive, uninterested people in a retail environment.
