On Tuesday August 15th I placed an online order for same-day pickup for 3- 119 piece Kobalt tool sets that were on sale. My local store showed that there were 4 in stock. After I place the order I got a call notifying me that they could not find any in stock. And the lady told me that my order was canceled. Lowe's has done great on our new windows and doors. They are putting on a roof today and they are very professional!! So hoping when they come out this week for pricing on a new central unit it will go just as smoothly
This is one messed up Lowe's. The selection is good and the people are helpful but the problem is it is laid out differently than any other Lowe's I have ever been in. I can't find a damn thing when I'm in this store!!! Plus the entrance and exits have been swapped as well so as soon as you walk in you're turned around.
It's not orange. It's Blue. Blue is better than orange by a mile!
It's as though everyone that works here started today. Always a nightmare getting out.
