Shout out to Dennis (manager) as well as James & Jose (delivery guys) who delivered my new refrigerator today! Mine died on Christmas day. We left for vacation before dawn the next day. Returning at 7 pm on December 30, I went to 2 other stores before Lowes with my sad story. Earliest delivery possible was THURSDAY! After telling my tale to the salesman (whose name I did not get!), he called Dennis who approved the delivery addition to an already full holiday schedule. Thank you!!
The girl behind the paint counter was working her butt off but the guy wasn't so much! He was just standing around having nice long conversations with someone! Poor girl �
Can't get service EVER...why have to PA system if no one is making sure customers get help. Stood for 25 minutes waiting....and waiting...left to go to Home Depot.
Great customer service from Raymond at the Schertz location. He made replacing our recalled Samsung washer painless.
I wanted to say a huge thank you to this store today for their craft morning with the stepping stones and flower pot decorations. I had so much fun with the children and have beautiful pots for years to come! The staff were amazingly helpful and genuinely seemed to really enjoy working with the children. Thank you!
I use to get a Veteran discount. Today I was told that my Texas drivers license with a Veteran stamp was not acceptable. What is wrong here? I had to provide my DD214 to get this stamp. Don't advertise that you give a military discount.
