Lowes just sent me dumb and dumber to deliver me a fridge when the original one I bought was broken. Managers can't be bothered taking a call to resolve the issue so I had to make trips out there.
I went into Lowe's on my lunch break looking for a link of 10 ft 4 inch schedule 40 standard and could not find it so after 20 minutes of looking for an associate I finally found one in the plumbing department, I asked him if they had any 10-foot sections of 4 inch schedule 40 standard PVC the only ones I could find where the four in Charlotte PVC which is schedule 40 but it's not for pressure he looked at me with a blank look on his face and told me " I have no idea " and just stood there staring at me. Worst customer service in their bathroom/kitchen department. Pressed the button for assistance and watched 3 employees just sit and talk to each other while the intercom was going off that we needed assistance and even watched them look over in my direction and not get up for about 5 minutes. When one of them finally came over, we asked our question and he just mumbled, "mmmhmm" and left to go talk to another associate. Y'all just called me to tell me that you sold the grill I ordered from you to someone else. Now you want me to wait until August until it is shipped to your store.
I had an issue with a rebate. A manager named Cloie started to help but walked away and never came back leaving me hanging. The CS gal then called over Destiny. She helped me without making me feel stupid or that it was somehow my fault. Thank you Destiny because of you I’ll be a loyal Lowe’s customer. Manager Cloie you need CS training!
