I went to Lowe’s today to buy the Commander XL 27 gal storage pins. I love these because thy are sturdy and stackable. When I got there I could find about 8 of that size but not one lid. This had happened before and I was told to come back and check at a later time. Today, I asked this Lowe’s worker named Brent if he could find out if there were anymore in the back or he could find the lids. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Ruben needs coaching on how to treat customers. I was to have shelves and a grill delivered. Such a Cluster!!
Everything is great here! They always have what I want and customer service is as any place would be, which is great! Go in, get what I want and get out! Simple as that!
Just received the worst customer service. I asked the gal in the lumber dept if they had any empty carts to put lumber on. She shrugged her shoulders, cracked her gum and said yeah they should be outside. I went outside and all of them were full. Came back inside and she said you can use this 1 if you take all the lumber off of it. My husband and I found her to be very rude so we decided to go to home depot. We ordered a Gazebo the second week in JULY! They said it would be delivered August 9th, it's still not here. We will not be getting anything else for our backyard project from Lowe's. This is just completely unacceptable. Someone dropped the ball and rather than taking responsibility the company and store just say "sorry we don't know what happened" like that makes a difference. As a teacher my family uses our summer to get things done and Lowe's has taken that from us.
My husband was in this store today at 2 pm on a Tuesday afternoon in the lawnmower section, not a soul was to be found in the immediate area. After repeated pages and waiting 15 minutes no one appeared. He then walked to the front of the store and found four employees loitering and visiting with each other. While at the checkout counter, the checkout person asked him if his shopping experience was pleasant and he said no I needed assistance in the lawnmower section and no one answered my page.
