Major shout out to Norman, who helped me today! I feel like my husband and I are at Lowes every weekend for something. Norman stands out to me because he greets everyone with a smile and asks if you need help as he passes by. Every time we're in the store, he's always helping someone. A few months ago, I bought some dry wall. He looked like he was coming back from lunch, but when he saw me trying to load the dry wall in my truck, he went over and helped me. So, my wife and I were in the market for a new washer and dryer - our old set we gave to our daughter as a housewarming present as she had just purchased a new home. We go out to the Lowe's on Austin HWY - they only have the washer we need and not the dryer. We quickly (with the help of their exceptional customer service) locate what we would like to purchase at the Schertz store. I love #mylowes for the variety and heathy essence of beauty their Garden Center has every time I'm there. I especially enjoy shopping from the discount racks; I can revive a plant😁. The staff is especially helpful, charming and knowledgeable which makes me exceptionally happy and eager for my next visit. It's a great place to shop for any of your project needs or whatever. The employees here are more concerned with what they are going to do on the weekend on their day off. Zero customer service here, they see you wandering around in the aisles looking for something and you'll have five employees pass you and no one will ask you if you need any help. I went to Northern Tool store right before Lowe's and the employees we're all over me asking if I needed any help. I guess it comes down to who's hungrier. Now I know where to shop.
