i use to live this place but between being on hold and never getting anyone to speak to, over 10 times, and going up there and waiting over 30 minutes for someone to help me and 2 other customers in appliances this place is slipping. also when they deliver your $900 washer and ask your 70+ yr old husband if he wants to cut it out of the box, wtf? then they say " you didn't buy the hoses from us so we cant install" ummm yes we did, buy them from Lowe's you just didn't bring them. last time they forgot them when we ordered the... read more

I would hire employees who want to help customers with finding what they need to purchase. Each and every time I go in there you see employees engaged in personnel conversations and not paying attention to customers. It is ridiculous. I saw one older Hispanic man going out of his way to help others but the rest of them were not doing anything productive. If you are in a hurry, then don't go in there. Whatever Lowes is paying Caleb and his coworker to stand around and have personnel conversations with is too much. Speculation... read more

I ordered a matching stove and fridge on June 23. Paid upfront IN THE STORE. Delivery date for both was supposed to be July 21 between 8a-8p. That’s a pretty annoying wait time and an even more annoying delivery window for people that work. My husband and I split the difference with our schedules and donated our old fridge and stove the day before. At 6pm on July 21 I called for an update. way to go Lowe's. all I was doing was inquiring about my washing machine which has yet to be delivered (supposed to be here by July 15) y'all know what date it is today????? and still no washing machine. I was transferred twice, and by the last transfer there was a busy tone and automatic hang up. horrible.

Just went to Lowes in Schertz. there was no social distancing put in place. Employees were not wearing masks. Some of them had them but had them below their nose like one employee Maya who had us all lined up for check out like sardines. There were no 6 foot spacers, one way aisles. NOTHING! It's not safe here!

I went to get top soil today. I am a 100% disabled vet. After I checked out, I ask if some of the guys there could load my SUV and they said no they were not allowed to do so due to the virus. They will only load into a truck because it's an open space. Not only was no one available to help me load bags of top soil to check out, now I find out that no one will help put it in my car like they used to. Are you kidding. They're here to help us? I went to Loewe’s for some necessary shopping. I was surprised that only few employees were wearing masks unlike other stores that I had visited . Also they allow customers to walk in without face masks. My understanding is that it is a law to wear one at places with large amounts of people. The customer safety is pretty much left up to the choice of the employee.
