I recently had a negative experience with Lowe's but instead of detailing it on fb, I emailed the corporate office, got an email response within an hour and received a phone call from a manager at the local store within 24 hours, Viola, situation corrected. Reviews, whether positive or negative, are often good, but if you're really unhappy and want a resolution instead of a chance to vent, contact the corporate office and you'll most likely see some results.
Ordered appliances online and went with more expensive set because the delivery date was closer. Well, that was yesterday. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE WORD FROM ANYONE!!!!!! Totally Unacceptable.
I've currently been in line to pay, for 30 minutes. The self checkout is closed. 24 people in line to check out. Unreal.
The customer service was horrible! So, I left and went to The Home Depot which was way better. No more Lowe's for me.
