Been trying to call the store to check on paint colors for at least an hour now, haven’t had a single person answer the phone. Even had customer care call and no one answered the phone
What is WRONG with the people at Lowe’s Bartlett?!? We’ve been trying to get tile flooring installed for over a month. After weeks of no communication and unreturned calls, we received a phone call followed by a text message giving a date and time for installation AND stating the installer would stop at the store on the morning of installation and pick up the materials. I am an ex flooring installer. I have 30 years experience in the field and I have been working in the flooring department for a year. I am now a specialist in this department. Come by and see us! Also starting installation and repair classes this weekend. I will be giving a backsplash class this morning. Look for future classes in floor tile,backsplash,ceiling fan installation,faucet repair and Sheetrock repair.
Bought a refrigerator a couple years ago. we've had problems off and on. this is our 3rd time calling the repair man. I have taken off two times in the past two weeks for a scheduled repair man. someone at lowes keeps canceling our repairman tickets and doesn't bother calling and telling us it has been canceled. so I am wasting my sick days and not getting my refrigerator fixed. not professional at all.
