The customer service here is an absolute disgrace. After having the worst shopping experience yesterday, I was trying to make sure the manager was informed of my complaint. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to reach someone. Was hung up on 4 times and gave up. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
please open more checkouts. 2 lines that go all the way to the back of the store is not the way to treat customers. and no its not business during covid. it's lowes not respecting its customers.
RecommendedWe were desperate for a new refrigerator and shopped at 6 different stores. They all either did not have what we wanted or it would take 10 days to deliver it.. The Lowe's in Battlett not only had what we needed, but offered fast and free delivery and installation. The delivery/installation crew did a wonderful job. The sales lady in the appliance department was awesome. I regret that I did not get her name.
stop over estimating materials/products for a job after measurements have been taken then resale, the overage back to other customers. Credits should be giving to the customer that made the initial purchase. Both Cameron, the store rep., and Daniel, the project coordinator, need a refresher course in customer service, Lowe's needs to do much better.
Went and purchased a riding mower on Saturday at the Lowe’s Bartlett Tn. They gladly took my payment for the only mower that they had for this model. Delivery was set up for today. In the meantime they sale the mower to a person who was able to pick it up right at the time of purchase. Now no one will call us or let us know why you would sale the mower that was already sold. Bad way of doing business. Now they have my money and we do not have a mower!!!! Very disappointed that they operate this way!
Today I did my first curbside order. I got there and called the number. It would ring and then hang up. Called 3x. So I thought, no biggie the number must not be working so I go inside. There are 7 people standing in the line waiting to be serviced. One young lady working the counter. I try the number again and it actually rings. I think awesome I won’t have to wait (this is the reason people do curbside, convenience) but I watch the young lady pick the phone up and slam it back down again!
