Can’t give less than 1, but the customer service & delivery operations of this company is SUB-par (to be kind). $2k for a fridge with next day delivery.. 3 days later, NO fridge, no knowledge that said appliance was NOT DELIVERED, and zero apology or compensation. #NEVERshopLOWES #LOWESisacircus #customerserviceFAIL

I'm so disappointed in my recent service with Lowe's. My husband and I just bought our first home, and we were trusting Lowe's with installing new floors. I paid $35 for measurements and was told someone would be contacting me soon with estimates. I called the store several times, to either be hung up on or told "I'll call you back", no one ever did. Five days later, I call for the last time and cancel everything; thankfully, we found another company who is much more timely. I'll give Lowe's "two stars" instead of one only b... read more

I have been waiting on Lowe's to make a delivery for 3 whole days. I called every day to make sure you were coming but 3 days later I'm still waiting.

I tried to get new interior doors for my home. I started this project in 8/2017 and now it’s 1/30/2018 and I am still not done. They took my money in August but I still don’t have all my doors. The last one keeps getting ordered and when it comes in, it is wrong. So what do they do? They order it again and it comes in wrong again. This door has been reordered numerous times yet not results. I have been using this Lowe's location for almost a decade. This morning, I went to make a minor purchase using a Mastercard, and the system forces you into "debit" mode, a less secure purchasing option. The young lady working the register, said "ya' gotta use debit". I protested, the crossed her arms and said "that's the way it is". I walked out without a word and will be headed to home depot in a few minutes. The Mastercard vs. Debit is a issue of policy - the attitude of the Lowe's representative is a bigger problem. I stood and waited to have my boards cut by the wood cutting machine for 20 minutes and paged the non-existent employee twice and still no help came. Not only that the employee I asked to page the wood working employee acted like I was a huge annoyance with my need for help because it interrupted his texting on his phone. The ONLY reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because they at least carried the wood pieces I needed to complete another order and Home Depot didn’t. Legacy flooring installed carpet for me a few months ago the carpet was poorly installed. I've contacted Lowe's in regards to this 2 weeks ago still nothing my family spent a mint for this shabby job! I'm disappointed beyond word's!
