Bought a $600 LG washer. Had it delivered. The delivery guy cracked out pipe while he was turning off the water at the valve. Water was rushing down the wall in my basement. Had to call a plumber $325 bill. Plumber had to cut a nice size hole in my wall to fix it. Basement half flooded. Lowes would take no responsibility. Advised me to deal with the 3rd party delivery company. Even though I didn't even KNOW there would be third party people involved until the washer was delivered. I think the employees on the floor are great and do their best for the customers. My low rating is for how employees are treated. Scheduling for family times if your spouse works there is a nightmare. Preferential scheduling on holidays in particular is given to the part time staff and not the full timers with seniority. You can always count on not having time with your family on holidays even if you request off months ahead. It is ridiculous.
