Horrible customer service experience in this store. Issues with price matching with military discount, I got treated as if I didn't understand math (which was laughable when the representative obviously had issues with math (and so did her manager) when they told me 10% off $299 was like "what, a dollar".
Ask Customer service for help getting my Veterans discount onto My/Lowes card I just got in the mail. I was told I had to do it on line. I told her I had problems figuring it out. Did not help me. That's as bad as 2 months ago I purchased a $3,000 mower. It took an hour and a half to get help getting the mower on my trailer. Only after I found the store manager. The service used to be great but now there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I used to be a big fan of Lowes but each time I go there to shop these days the customer service declines. Yesterday was the worst. I asked for help to put an item in my cart. Was told they didn't have time as they had to unload a pallet. Little to say I left the store without the item I planned to buy and went to Home Depot and bought it.
Associates were very helpful. I love LOWES. I can always find something even if I don't have a project going on.
I bought a washer and dryer today from Jenna Montgomery. What a sweetheart. I am excited for my delivery on Saturday. Jenna was very thorough in asking questions and giving solutions. Again, thanks Jenna for your time and patience.
Very helpful my appliance shopping went well. CS rep listened to me and what i needed instead of just making a sell. Thank you!
