they suck anymore since the virus it seen that they have no regard for the individual needs they seem to have less staff and or no experience

I was in your store today for nearly 40 minutes looking for primer and carpet and no one even tried to help. Then when i went to check out, the guy turns his back and starts talking to a co-worker. After about 30 seconds, I walked out! Your employees need schooled on who provides their salaries. Ya'll suck! See if Home Deport values their customers tonight.
Just spent 20 minutes trying to buy a gas grill. The kid was TOO busy trying to flirt with a female customer. I'll go to HOME DEPOT.
Even though the state of MD has mandated that face masks be worn in all public buildings the Hagerstown Lowes was allowing people in with no such covering. This should not be allowed. We went to Home Depot (where they were counting occupancy and checking for masks). Shame on you Lowes!!!
I was shocked on how many people was in the store. Maybe you guys should limit the number of people in the store rite now and stop selling non-essential items

My husband wanted a board cut and the employee said 10 minutes and he waited for 20. He walked out and left the boards there. Doesn’t anyone want to work anymore!
