Love it there they are very knowledgeable
Mainly not giving prferential treatment to part time employees when it comes to weekend scheduling. A part time employee in Hardware Dept was bragging in front of customers on company time that he has every Sunday off for church. Yet a full time employee with over 20 years in can not have the same deal, supposedly the compromise is two Sundays off a month and they are not following it. You request off for church events over 4 weeks before the day and are denied. Yet part timers are getting plenty of Sundays off. The company ... read more
Thank you so much to Willie in the plumbing department! He took the time to show me how to change out the Fill Valve in my toilets. I successfully went home and changed mine out thanks to him walking me through it in the store. With service like that, this Lowe’s will be my go to from now on!!
It's often hard to get any service to find or help with merchandise or to answer questions. If you can get anyone, they're almost always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's too bad the company seems to have no regard for customers' time...

This review is on behalf of my elderly aunt who has been having problems with this store for quite a while now. There was literally no employee available to help her lift 60 lb. bags of cement into her car so she did it herself. She hurt her back while doing this and now the bags of cement are still in the back of her car at home. I don't know why it's so hard to hire a few more employees to be available to assist regular customers, instead of using all of your employees on the contractors or other duties like stocking, etc.... read more
