I bought my live Christmas tree there last year and had a good experience. I purchased mine, for this year, a week ago. I put it in water and have continued to do so since then. I have yet to put ornaments on it until tonight and every branch I touch all the needles come off. I'm so frustrated. I can't decorate it. I have no clue how long it sat there before I purchased but I'm going to have to throw it out before Christmas. I won't ever buy a tree there again.
Customer service gave me an extremely hard time about an order that was placed and paid for online. I had the confirmation number my id and the email, they even called and verified it was ok for me to pick it up. I had to ask to speak to a store manager before they just said ok you can take your product.
Southaven has the worst customer service! I complain to the corporate office over a week ago how I was treated trying to use my military discount. ASM called me back and said the policy change took place in may, but they haven't had time instruct everyone on how customers should apply for the new "my lowes" card and add their military discount. Lowes wants everyone to think they support the military and veterans but this store has issues on it and no respect at all for them!
Thanks for wasting my only off day this week. From now on, it's The Home Depot in Horn Lake
While picking up roofing shingles and nails, we waited and waited for customer service to help us (two ladies) load our items into our truck. There has got to be a better system than you have now.
JM in the paint department is always helpful! we also had a man in the electrical dept help us but kept apologizing because items were in the wrong boxes. We choose the construction end to check out .... 2 lanes need to be open down there. Just sayin!
