worse store ever 4 missed deliveries. will not answer the phone
Lowe's Home Improvement a damaged washer was delivered to my house and my mother who is riddled with cancer was ignored by your store representatives. She called the store phone no one picked up, she drove to your store in a weakened state and was snubbed. When she finally got an answer she was told a manager would call her before the day was over. It’s 8:00pm and she hasn’t received one phone call for help. If you are going to have piss poor customer service just give people back their hard earned money to spend elsewhere.
Every time you come in you stand in line with 10-15 people in front of you. And only 2 registers open. Pathetic.
I never come into this store that there is not 10-12 people in line at anytime. Poor management???
We’ve been trying to get the dishwasher we ordered in May. We keep getting emails saying it’s arrived at the store, but every time we go to get it, we are told it never showed up. We’ve begun calling to see if it’s actually there and IF someone actually answers the phone and doesn’t put you on hold for 30 plus minutes to be disconnected, no one is ever able To find our dishwasher. Every time I visit Lowe’s I wait to pay on line for about 35 minutes, this happen almost every afternoon, not enough to cashier while everyone else I just walking around. We have expended a lot of money and to get this type of service, No way. Then I visited Home Depot and I got out there in 5 minutes. This a upper management issue not a cashier problem. Management need to schedule more people in the afternoon Hours. Otherwise you are going to lose customers.
