I asked 4 people to help me find an item. Not one of them felt the need to help me. I mean at my job when a customer asks for help finding something we go help them. The only person who seemed to care was the girl working the self check out. She called for help and of course the first guy I had asked for help appears, useless! It fine I'll go somewhere else from own.
Extremely rude employees. Bought a washing machine there. They guy acted like he didn’t want to be bothered...all he had to do was pull it from the back. He was very short with us and made it very clear he was not happy having to help us.

You people really need to use some other companies besides All Major Appliance to handle warranty repairs I am sick and tired of having a broken down washer , that cost well over 800.00 that’s been giving us issues since August off and on with draining issues , either you find another company to repair it fast or just give us another effing machine , sick of having to weeks with dirty laundry piling it up or having to fork out a fortune at a laundromat or using other people’s machines
I highly recommend both the Southaven, MS and Holly Springs store. These folks went above and beyond to make everything right for a recent appliance purchase. Thanks Matt and Katina!
I purchased an over the range microwave on 10/06/18 and was informed they had to order the product and it takes 5 to 7 days to arrive then someone would call me to schedule an install. I have called the store repeatedly and transferred back-and-forth until someone hangs up. I had to talk to someone from Lowes corporate to find out about my product.
