Good job i love shopping here for stuff for my home
Well, Danny purchased something from Lowe's online, paid for it, the money was taken from his account, we go to pick it up, and they inform us it's out of stock and we'll get a refund "in a few days", but they can't give us any proof that a refund is issued. Not a single "I'm sorry" or anything like that. When I asked them for proof that a credit on the transaction was issued, they informed me their computer system doesn't have that ability and if the money doesn't show up in a week, come back. Surly employees couldn't be bothered with helping me. Asked 3 people for help finding a fan and they couldn't be bothered. Was less than three feet from one woman and asked her for help. She ignored me and turned and walked away. Couldn't find any of the other items I needed nor was anyone around to help me find them. I'm going to Home Depot.
Bought new mower was told can deliver so I agreed. Bought it on Sunday and they said we can't deliver until the following Saturday first AM!!! Wasn't happy but I went along with it. Well my WHOLE Saturday shot waiting on a 5 minute delivery and the store managers have no control!!! Very poor customer service. I will be doing all future business with Home Depot at least their managers care and they do what they say. F... You Lowes!!!!
I purchased a, so called, John Deere D130 riding mower from Lowe's on 12/14/14 and have had nothing but trouble. I have decided, due to lack of service, that I will not be doing business with Lowe's or John Deere again. Their employees tell you whatever and I am having to pay to get my yard cut. The mower has been trouble all last year and started off in shop this year........ D130 and Lowe's have not worked out for me... I'll have to give someone else my business from now on. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE FROM LOWES,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
