I just want to say how excited i am that Lowe's as a whole allows pets in their stores, i love being able to run around with my dog and not have to stress about leaving him in a hot car, but aside from that I ran into the stores today just to grab a couple things and was helped by Rafael (i believe that was his name) back in building materials. So if you ever need a new appliance, do not go to Lowes. I ordered a refrigerator over Memorial Day weekend and it was supposed to be delivered this past Monday, but for reasons unknown, they were telling me it would not be here until the week of the 29th. No refrigerator is unacceptable with a newborn and a 9 year old in the house. They never offered me any compensation, just said I could order a different one.
Bought a Christmas Tree today. 10' tree and they will not tie it on your SUV...no ladders...no nothing. Check your competition, Lowe's....EVERYONE ELSE PROVIDES THIS SERVICE. Major fail.
