The worst store to ever buy appliances from! Brought a stove 12/5/2017 and I have yet to receive it! Went in to buy it and employees were standing in the isle on their phones laughing! Never will I ever go in another Lowe’s!!!!!
Never had an issue until today. I tried to return a toilet flange we bought a few weeks ago with the receipt. We purchased 2 not knowing what size to get to avoid multiple trips. Well they wouldn’t take the unused one back. Saying it was in poor condition. (Condition was exactly how we purchased it.) I am pretty sure most items on the shelves are not in 100 percent condition when you buy them especially parts like these. Not my fault. The manager on duty refused to hear me out on it. Excellent service and excellent help in Appliance dept from Nathan Asst manager!! Got a great deal on a Samsung refrigerator there. ! Highly recommend the store!!
Found what I was looking for, but found the employees something to be desired. Began with an employee blocking my path as I pushed a large cart into the garden center. Ended with a cashier who seemed to prefer to be anywhere but where she was. It was a stark contrast to my recent Home Depot experiences.
Great selection of flowers and in great shape too! The best we have been at for Lowes!���
