I was not impressed by the customer service! I returned an item and the whole time the girl was talking to another employee and never spoke to during the whole transaction other than to ask me if I wanted cash or back on my card. No greeting , no have a nice day, nada!
This is the most disorganized store ever. Can never find items and loose orders
I posted on my fb page and tagged Lowe's in Round Rock - thanks for the damage to my car! I understand that you have the signs that say you are not responsible for damage due to carts. However, when I walk out to my car and the cart attendant runs up saying that he tried to catch the cart that smashed into my car leaving dents and red paint all over my white car - well sorry doesn't mean much when every cart caddy I looked at was overflowing, so that is why it happened! Job well done Lowe's - not!
During this time of the year, I enjoy coming to your Garden Center coz I find everything I want under one roof. However, I have been having a hard time lately finding any body to help me with the big bags of fertilizer, mulch. potting soils and garden soil. There are lots of "clip board" employees that I see behind the counter inside the store and just few "labor" employees at the Garden Center inside and outside. Guys didn't even attempt to help. When I finally tracked someone down he said he didn't have a plumbing part without even looking for it. .went to home Depot and got what I needed in 5 minutes and had my dryer hooked up in no time
Called to see if they would price match an online retailer. I was told no, because they will buy it from Lowes and increase the price online. I informed the (I'm sure hourly) employee that they price was cheaper and that would make no sense. She said, sorry, we don't price match with Amazon. Too bad Lowe's you have lost business on about 30 bucks. Home Depot priced matched with no problem (also, they already had the cheaper price on the item we were looking at). What happened to just wanting peoples business?
