Never again!! Never will we use Lowes on any home improvement. Where to start? First a month wait, than they come out 10 days early when me and my hubby both have appointments and can't watch the botched install (They put the sliding door in backward !! And neglected to bring our security door. Another month goes by they come out to fix it and don't even do a good job of that! ordered a stove I store February 27th. told it would arrive March 3rd. March 3rd told March 17th, March 17th told March 22nd, March 22nd told Ten days after MAY 22 (in email from manager) get a call today, they are 10 minutes away, delivery people dropped stove in box in my walk way, and told me when I unhooked my old stove they'd come haul it off and unpack new stove. call them back after husband comes home from work to help me, they want me to drag old stove outside, and won't even unpack new stove let alone help me move i... read more
Lowes installed 20 leaky windows over 3 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. We had new windows put in our house and it has been a nightmare. This wasn’t just a few windows, it was almost 50 windows and the service has been horrible. The salesman we dealt with never returns our calls, some of the windows are covered in silicone and can’t be cleaned, communication has been horrible, screens weren’t ordered correctly, etc... because of the size of the project we went with a larger company, but sadly learned it was not the right choice. I suggest going elsewhere for windows.
First time and last time buying something from Lowe's.....bought a dishwasher 3 weeks ago, when it finally showed up 2 days ago it was so badly damaged they didn't even unload it from the truck. Was told I get a call same day to get a new delivery time, and after 2 days had to call customer service cos I'd heard nothing....now I'm being told that the order was cancelled, and they can't tell me why, or when I'll even get what i ordered.....
So I bought a lawn mower last Sunday to have delivered today! Do it got late in the morning and no delivery! I call and am told we don’t have any! So I go up to the store and they sold the mower I bought on Sunday to someone else. The managers knew about this on Wednesday but no one calls to fix the issue! So they took my money for something and they sold to someone else. And made no offer to get me a mower or my money back. That is Called Grand Theft! Maybe I should call RRPD!
