The employees in the store are generally helpful.....UNTIL you need to put your flooring purchases in your car.....then they are no where to be found. Twice now, on separate occasions, I have been into this store to buy hardwood plank floor and had to load all the boxes by myself because they disappeared after you purchase. Sad in this day and age no one can show a little bit of customer service skills.

I shop at Lowes of Round Rock frequently. They are my go-to for home repairs and improvements, and sometimes just to get out of the house and get inspired. HOWEVER... On May 7, I ordered a butcher block counter top for a DIY desk project (I have been teaching from home on a folding table, so I was super stoked). I usually buy online and select store pick up, especially now that most every checkout is self serve. After my last visit for my store pick up. The Customer Service lady was horrible. She had to repeatedly ask me if this was an online or store order... Once home, one of my items was missing, I called to notify and asked that they pull it so when I go back the next day I wouldn't have to wait. Of course upon pickup it was not pulled. Baldo in appliances really helped us out and the whole transaction went smoothly. We'll be back for a washer/dryer and a deep freezer.
They sold us an item that they clearly did not have and could not get. They lied over and over. They did however send us the bill immediately.
Not enough cashiers I hate self checkout or people to help let alone know how to help. It’s gone downhill
delivered a broken fridge, didnt finish putting it together like we paid for. broke my storm door on the way out as well. I guess we will see if they make this right after an hour in the store, over an hour on the phone. I have to wait till Tuesday for a fridge after they took the old one. who knows how long on the storm door!
