We have been shopping at this Lowe's ever since they opened their doors. They have always given us the military discount, until today. The very rude associate Lisa, told us today that our military VA card was unacceptable as proof of military service and refused to give us the 10% discount. We spend at a minimum, $5000.00 a year there. After checking out, we spoke to a manager and was given the discount on our purchase. If you're looking for great customer service, this Lowe's is not the store for you. When you call in to speak to a manager and you get an asst. manager named Eunice, she has no care in the world for her customers and her only answers to your questions are "ok", with no emotions!!
Really frustrating when online and on the store phone number it says you are open until 10pm. I drive out here and you are closed at 9pm. You should probably update the info.
