The service at the store was great, but the installing and delivering needs some work. I got my $600+ dishwasher delivered to my house and was told "someone messed up because they aren't the installer just the delivery guy. Sorry." I PAID $140 FOR INSTALLMENT AND ALL I GET IS A DISHWASHER IN A BOX SITTING ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR A WEEK AND HALF AFTER I BUY IT?!?! Coincidentally, there was no one from installment there today, nor anyone else I could talk to in the store today. SO annoying and unprofessional.
Everyone was so helpful and nice! From the lady that helped us at guest services, to Tamara that was so knowledgeable and professional with flooring and more, to the lady that checked us out. It was a perfect experience! Thank you so much to the staff that made an overwhelming and stressful trip, easy and effortless! Definitely will be using your store for all our home renovation needs :).
Waited for 20 minutes for help in the lumber department. I called and then asked to have someone meet me and no one still showed up after 10 minutes. I finally called again and asked to speak to a manager. 5 minutes later someone shows up.
I've been trying to register for the build and grow projects for several months and can't get my children in. this is ridiculous. I have taken my children to home depot and they've been wonderful. don't waste your (and your children's) time at lowe's!
My coworker and I needed some building materials and landscaping supplies to fix up a house. We received a great help from "Simone". Very knowledgable, patient and friendly. Why can't the employees (very rude) at the store near me in Utah be more like her?
