i have waited since JULY 17, 2020 for my cabinets to be installed CORRECTLY and completed and its not OCTOBER 20, 2020. i have called to make complaints, I have asked for the manager, I have called customer service. I have sent emails to multiple people and NOTHING is being done about it. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this in hopes that is doesnt happen to them
NOTHING, I guess it doesn’t matter who the leader is old one or new one if know changes are being made with what you have everything is still the same. No customer wants to be looked over or passed by customer service is still a thing but hard to come by. Home Depot here we come. (OH YEAH NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE BUSINESS PHONE THERE)
I see so many others have the same complaint so I doubt there will be any change, but the lines are just ridiculously long. Not enough cashiers. I just waited at least 20 minutes in lawn and garden there were 10 people behind me waiting. The man in front of me waited for at least 20 minutes. The cashier overcharged him and couldn’t correct it at that register so then he had to go to customer service where he was probably forced to wait in another line! They need to improve on their customer service at store 2607 big time!!! I purchased several appliances on 6/24/2019. Associate was not pleased that he had to look them up because I needed white. In July I was told that the delivery would be delayed due to back orders. When I asked about having the dishwasher installed, I was told, yes, as long as I purchase the hoses. I’m so disgusted with Lowes since this pandemic has started the have failed to keep up with the demand of the customers having enough cashiers . Customers should not have to wait in those lines on cashier really and today was not the only time either. It has been this way since the beginning. Truly disappointed
I gave them $1600 to install carpet, they took my money and I haven't heard from them. I think they just took my money.
0 communication occurs in this store between employees, managers, delivery drivers and I truly wonder if any of the people that work there actually talk to one another about work matters. We have had the worst experience at this location with almost every person we have talked to, and we will not be shopping here again.
Recommendedyour parking lot is full, yet you choose to only open limited check out lanes. If a sheet of plexiglass is good enough to protect cashier and customer then it's ok to protect cashier to cashier. Open up more checkouts!
