Terrible customer service with regards to communication and delivery.
Was in the store yesterday and was talking to a worker named Jordon about a fire pit. His service was second to none. He told me everything I could want to know.
Probably the continually worst stocked & appearance of any Lowe's I have ever been in. Finding competent help is very difficult.
Never any help with the plumbing section. Very poor service. Home Depot cares
UPDATE: Changed the rating by a star because I finally got an answer from them and a full refund. Not sure what is happening on their end, but I don't care. Over two months on a claim and the blame game is too much! After spending thousands upon thousands of $s over the years here....NO MORE. Wow I understand this Lowe's in located in fountain but that is not an excuse for this stores lack of customer service. I am so disappointed and will never go back to this store ever again and I will encourage all of my friends and family to never go to this store again. When you ask for help it's like you are inconveniencing the people who are getting paid to help. These employees are supposed to be a representation of your company I suggest you reevaluate your standard for customer service and retrain your worthless employ... read more
