This is probably the worst store I’ve ever shopped at. The brought the the wrong door. We ordered a right hand sliding glass door and they brought us a left one. The blinds inside the door don’t go to the bottom of the door. One of the wheels was bent and we had to repair it. I’ve called their store 4 times to try to get resolution and each time gone through their phone system 5 times and no one can answer the phone in the delivery or customer service department. The Lowe’s in fountain Colorado is the worst Lowe’s I have ever been in!!! Management is horrible, cashiers are horrible, definitely not a place that gives customer service! Don’t dare ask where something is at because it seems nobody knows where anything is! Cashier today was using the same little sanitizing wipe after every single customer on self checkout. In a world without covid running around that’s disgusting! They definitely need new leadership because it seems this store gets worse every single day!
I’m in garden center and there is one cashier and the customer line goes back past the back wall of the store. Ridiculous
I recommend Brandon for flooring. He is very helpful! Please get rid of the old guy Chuck that worked on Christmas Eve of 2019 around 4:36 pm. They are very rude and need to retire.
in this store a female employee can be sexually harassed and when she reported it to her assistant manager,..Joe . not only did he not report it he promoted that employee over the young woman he was harrassing..it was not until another wonderful assistant manager. Dennis found out that corporate was notified..said employee was eventually fired ..but the assistant manager..Joe..who did not report it ..well seems like not. inappropriate behavior is you are an assistant mngr .store of the year..SHAme in you LOWE'S..SHAME ON YOU... read more
It is absolutely ridiculous that we ordered a washer and dryer 2 weeks ago so that it would be delivered yesterday. Yesterday comes and we get a confirmation text for it to be delivered between 330-730. 730 comes around...no delivery. 830 rolls around...NOTHING. So we call Lowe’s. After 30 minutes of trying to get someone on the phone and find out where our stuff is they have delivery call us and say they’ll be 45 minutes. Where was my courtesy call?! 1030 rolls around STILL NOTHING. So we call and ask that they just deliver... read more
