This is a good store for me
Some of the people are super nice here! I really like this one because it’s close to my house & more people are nice here compared to the other stores in the springs
Every time I come in to do a phone same the pro desk is unoccupied and the rest of the staff acts like you're a bother when you ask them about it. I've cost myself and my company a lot of money just waiting for someone to ring up my order. I want to be contacted by a manager immediately. I've been disrespected and neglected by this staff over and over. Horrible customer service
what the Hell ever happened to a millitary discount ? theese jokers want just about every bit of personal information you can provide short of a urine sample... just rediculous !! LOWES has gone WAY DOWN HILL !!!
I wish I would have read reviews before my husband shopped at this location for paint. The employee failed to properly secure the lid onto the paint can and now my husband is trying to clean the spill off the truck floor. 😡
Absolutely horrid management, and a complete lack of customer service. Our order was lost for 3 weeks in this store. The gm issued no apologies, instead opting to be rude to my wife. This place is a mess go to home Depot.
Complete garbage, Bought carpet for my son’s room. Was told it would be delivered to my house on the 13 of July. The 13th came and gone still no carpet OK fine me and my wife go to Lowe’s figure it out where it is, they say hey it’s still in Denver it’s on its way. So today on the 23rd when I called them and they kept just send me to the department without actually picking up, So I decided to go to the store. Only to find out that the Carpet has been delivered to the store 4 days ago.
Please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, don’t give these people your money! They think bc they are the only home improvement store in Fountain they can do whatever they want. We have literally been ripped off on tiles, a BBQ grill, and now a faucet. Everyone is rude, there is never enough staff, they bad mouth each other to the customers face, and they leave sale signs up THIRTEEN days after the sale has been closed. I am DONE with Lowe’s in general, but especially this one!!!!
Waited forever for a propane exchange. 2 associates came out to get carts.. twice.. I went back in and got a refund, dude didn't even question it.. wont be spending anymore money here.
