Really disappointed in the way my flooring order was handled. Carol was great but she has zero help and no matter how many times I advised the urgency of the install, I feel like the store drug its feet getting me what was needed for the install. I'm currently at two weeks, I've paid and the flooring is in stock but no one has even called for a delivery date or install date. Honesty I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It just amazes me how some of the cashiers are very rude and unfriendly. Customer service is important for a business.
My elderly 80 year old mother purchased a refrigerator from the Fultondale Lowes. When it was delivered it was not the refrigerator that she purchased, plus the delivery men dented the door. They offered a 10% discount, so she declined and ask for a refund. She was told that she would have to come to the store for a refund, so she did. When she arrived they told her she would have to come back in 5 days, because she wrote a check. Five days later they told her to come back in 2 days. Been in and around harware and home improvement since my family's hardware store back from the middle 70's and this location is the epitome of customer service failure!
Nobody seems to care that they have a job there. I love the Lowe's in Graysville. We just moved to Fultondale and I was surprised how poor this store operates. Very unorganized and you have to ask someone to help you. Every other Lowe's that I have visited, people would trip over each other to help. Not the case at this store at all. I guess I'll make the drive to Graysville. Anyone know the corporate phone number by chance?
Hate is a strong word but extreme disappointment is more like it. We ordered a door, paid for it as well as paid for it to be installed. I could look past them ordering the wrong door 2 times if they had communicated with us along the way. They have our money (a good amount for us anyway) and we still have no door over 2 months later. Called corporate last week to try to get some answers as No one will call is back and get us in the loop from the Fultondale store. Finally called today to say they had just ordered a new door.... read more
