why would you have such a racist person work for your company?
Very rude employee i spoke with corporate and was assured they would forward my complaint to management at Fultondale store haven’t heard a word. Don’t shop there!
Answer the PHONES --- deliver purchases ON TIME and on the DATE promised !!! --- VERY UNHAPPY with Lowe's !!!
I saw 4 people completely without face coverings in the 20 minutes that I was in the store, despite the state order and multiple signs requiring them, and free masks available by the entrance. This store does not care about public safety.
Fultondale Lowe's is absolutely horrible. On two different occasions I've heard employees with snarky comments. The first time because I was wearing a mask and today because I used the antibacterial they provide. "You need a shower too? We have a hose pipe out here." Really? You're going to make fun of me because I used the antibacterial???

This has to be the worst Lowe’s!!! No one ever answers the phones with any of the departments. I’ve been wanting a nothing for a refrigerator we order! An have heard nothing!!! I just want my money back at this point an I’ll go else way! That a sad excuse for a business!
I recently purchased appliances for the first time from Lowe's. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a store - big or small. After multiple set up deliveries that never showed, I had to call the store, spend way too long on the call carousel each time without solution, and ultimately had to take my complaints to corporate. When they were forced to call me back, I felt like my problems had been resolved, and my appliance would be delivered. lowes is great however that poor kids collecting the carts and buggys really needs help. People can't stand being cooped up anymore and the parking lot is pack. Folks help him out and take a buggy inside from the parking lot . i think this took lowes by surprise to see this many folks at one time and they werent prepared.
