My mom ordered countertops and the experience has been horrible. First, the countertops weren’t measured right and they didn’t measure for the correct sink. Secondly, they had to re-cut and re-install the countertops because they cut for the wrong sink. They kept changing the date for the install and making excuses. The countertops are installed now but it’s still incomplete and my mom is still getting the run around about getting the problem corrected. I called this store almost everyday to follow up my order status and there's no one picking up the phone .And today A Lady finally answered She just say hello and transfer me to another department and keep on ringing for 40 min.No One is picking up the phone
I ordered a dishwasher at Lowes in Fultondale and was told it would be there in 2-3 weeks . In three weeks attempted to telephone them numerous times before finally reaching someone.At that time they said in would be there in another week which would be Sept 4th. Today after numerous calls I finally reached someone. They told me it would not be in until Sept 15th . Customer Service is as bad as a company can possibly have. Waited as long as 45 minutes to an hour for someone to answer and never spoke to anyone. Had to call the Cullman store to get them to reach out and it took a district manager from the Cullman district to make the necessary contacts. Was told our purchase would be delivered in a week only to find out that it would not ship for 4-5 weeks.
